Join us for a presentation on how to keep your patients safe from White-Bagging!  White Bagging is the payer mandated use of a designated retail/specialty pharmacy to dispense and charge a patient’s prescription medication and mail the prescription to a hospital or physician’s office, and it is introducing a new risk to patient safety.  Learn about the new tactics that payers are using in an attempt to force health systems to use the White-Bagging process.  Also, learn how you can report patient safety information to the Missouri Board of Pharmacy and how patients can report issues to the Insurance Board.  This is a hot topic across the nation, so join us to learn how it is affecting our patients in Missouri.
