This program is jointly provided with St. Louis College of Pharmacy. St. Louis College of Pharmacy is an accredited provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE) with the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). Pharmacists attending this program can earn a maximum of 2.0 contact hours of knowledge-based CPE credit. To earn credit, pharmacists must sign in with their NABP ID numbers and date of birth (MMDD format) on the provided sign in sheet as well as complete an evaluation. CPE credit will be reported on behalf of all participants within 60 days of the program through use of CPE Monitor. Paper or digital statements of credit are not provided. Credit cannot be awarded for any reason if more than 60 days have passed from the date of the event. For questions regarding credit related to this program, please contact MSHP.
